JobDescription: Install Assistant

Duties:

• Answer phones set appointments for sales and service issues

• Pull City/Township Permits for jobs/Call in inspections, Close out.

• Schedule installs, corresponding material for delivery/pick up dumpsters, etc.

• Help with retrieving order confirmations from vendors for the job customer folder files.

• Make service parts/glass/orders, etc. for the service department.

• Delegate product shortage delivery to jobs in a timely manner.

• We have runners to take to the job.

• Confirm product delivery to job trailers and the warehouse.

• Take phone calls for rentals, fill out the service form, and give it to the service crew once scheduled.

• Responsible for all service crew scheduling, install crew scheduling, etc.

• Put together job packets for measures on new customer jobs, schedule appointments with customers for measures, services, installs, etc.

• Coordinate the final payment pickup among contractors, staff, and the customer.

• Help the owner with everything he gives you to help the team accomplish goals.

• Help with additional work orders.

Hours Operation: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday, Weekends only as needed but not recommended.

Compensation: Based on experience, 1/2 health insurance available after 90 days. Paid holidays and sick/vacation days 5 to start.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
