One of our customers in the Milwood area had recently relocated from out of state. They have a beautiful 100 year old home. The home has no insulation in the walls. |

This option would not only insulate far better than their original idea, but also give them more choices for the exterior look at a price that would fit into the budget. Our final project included Retro-foam insulation, soffits and fascia board trim, exterior Dow backer board and heavy pvc shake-style siding by Certainteed. |

The resulting product is a wall that is completely sealed from any further air infiltration. The R value of the walls has now increased to over R-20. And the easy to clean exterior is a rich looking and complimentary to the era in which the home was built.
