The strap has a memory so the pressure to open and close the windows stays the same. In 2007 we installed 16 double-hung windows for Amber Barge. Amber is 58 years old and has rheumatoid arthritis in her hands. This medical problem is so bad she cannot open a knob on a door; it has to be a lever. Going into this, we understood how important the mechanicals would be to their customer. After the install, Mrs. Barge called me and said that she was so happy she could close and open her windows. Amber referred us to her friends Mr. And Mrs. Techno, and we sold them windows as well. |
